Our professional planning fees cover a wide variety of tasks and services including but not limited to:

Domestic and international air with travel packages
Hotels, villas and apartments
River, Ocean and Expedition cruises
Escorted tours
Adventure and Active travel guided tours
Travel Insurance
Day tours and excursions
Unique cultural experiences
Sporting events
Faith-Based Travel

Planning Fees

Our planning fees are a one-time payment per household per trip. We will book all elements of your travel as listed above

Essentials Package

Starting at $250 / household

Allows us to plan, research and book River Cruise, Ocean Cruise, Expedition Cruise and Escorted Vacations Including domestic and International air, Pre/Post hotels with travel package.

Adventure Package

Starting at $300 / household

Allows us to plan your small group adventure vacation for those seeking unique experiences
including hiking, biking, winter activities, family, culture, wildlife and polar activities both
domestic and international, aligning with desired activity and travel style.

*Flight arrangements an additional fee

Starting at $300 / household

Allows us to plan Accommodations, transportation, excursions and concierge services for 1
destination.

Up to 2 itinerary options provided with minor adjustments.

-$100 upcharge for each additional destination

Explorer Group Package

$350 / Group leader $250 for each household

Before bringing together a group of your favorite friends, or family members, we will work with the group organizer to curate the perfect itinerary. Each traveling household will then work with us individually to align their travel arrangements with the group plan, while at the same time meeting their personal travel needs.

This is a planning and research service only.

Cancellation and Rebooking

Fee starting at $250

Need to cancel your trip and rebook the same vacation for a later date? We can take care of the details from cancelling each element of your current booking to confirming new dates. We do not charge a cancellation fee other than any and all fees imposed by the suppliers.

-Rebooking fee for vacation components outside of 90 days prior to departure

- $250 per household

-Emergency rebooking fee for vacation components less than 90 days from departure - $350
per household.

60-90 minutes virtual meeting to kick off the planning process We will ask you a number of questions aimed at getting to know your travel preferences and style.

Research, Presentation and Adjustments

We will present you with a full itinerary containing options for travel activities and accommodations. Request any small adjustments before we lock in your trip itinerary.
